This hotel has the best location in the city, especially if you are here for leisure travel. There are so many options for food and drinks within a few blocks around the hotel. You can easily walk to the Metro/tram and the train to Cascais, or catch a taxi/uber/bolt at the corner. The staff were extremely nice. The rooms all have double windows so any noise from Pink Street are completely silenced. Only downside is the TV's are encased inside a giant mirror box so you can't connect to the HDMI port. I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in Lisbon.

The space’s design is really special, and our room was great. Being on the fifth floor meant we avoided the noise from the bar and Pink Street. That said, our stay started a bit bumpy. When we arrived, no one greeted us at the bar, and the check-in area was a floor up—accessible only with a key (which we didn’t have). We stood there awkwardly with our bags, unsure where to go. Once we finally reached the desk, we learned the elevator was out—and our room was on the fifth floor. Then came, “There’s a problem with your reservation. You only booked for one person.” It was clearly a minor booking error, but the agent treated it like a big issue. After ten minutes of silent typing and a call to the manager, we were finally checked in. A little warmth or reassurance would’ve gone a long way after eight hours of travel—especially since we were asked to haul our bags up five flights. The young woman helping with my bag grunted and sighed the whole way—no smile, no “enjoy your stay.” Everyone else was pleasant, but her attitude really colored our first impression. This is a fun, stylish place and potentially romantic, but don’t expect hotel-level service. It feels more like a hostel with private rooms.

Stop over on the way to The Azores. Quite a contrast to the subsequent hotel! The hotel is quirky, bizarre, interesting and located on the very lively pink street. Loved the stay…. So did my wife! Beautifully decorated and furnished. Quite unique and a bit of fun. Not for everyone: it is a converted brothel and themed as such.

Helpful, communicative staff. The elevator was broken during our stay and the staff kindly help us with our bags up and down the many flights of steps. This place is filled with adventure! The building is old but the bed and linens are modern, clean and comfortable.

Location, fabulous! Right in the heart of restaurants, the water, easy walking places without so many hills. This is a quirky property which doesn’t fit the mold. If you are prudish, skip this one but if you have a since of humor, aren’t afraid of sexual innuendo then go for it. The staff was great!

Wacky and wild, def not for kids, located in the heart of the heart of the Pink Street entertainment area, this was a fun stay. No ground floor so you carry your bags straight up the stairs that may be full of dancers and bar visitors if you arrive after 8pm. Very good double windows keep out most music and hubbub of the street. Bathroom nice and clean, fun furnishings, huge bed that was good for sleep.
