It is very good hotel, clean, quiet. We liked its location, just few bloks from a metro station, walkable. In Lisbon, where hills are everywhere, this is a big plus. There are several locations close by for breakfast, and there are good grossery stores a block away from the hotel. Lockers at the entrance and the restroom were very convenient, because the check-in time is 3PM, and we arrived at 10AM.
On the negative side there was a street construction under our windows (but the room was sound proof), AC was not strong enough to cool the room, and we did not have enough shower towels on the floor and had to reuse them for several days.
