Great location in the center of the city. Getting to the (th floor was challenging. Found some bugs in the apartment when we got there. The host never answered or responded to my calls to get the apartment treated for bugs.

Beautiful property, clean rooms…loved that AC was on so apartment was nice and cool. Very easy to commute to places and area is safe. Communication was good…easy check-in. Just taking out a star since my daughter saw a roach under the kitchen sink our first morning there…prompting us to throwing out garbage everyday.

Exceptional!!! I had a very pleasant stay at this apartment hotel. It's located in the most interesting neighborhood of Lisbon with a walkable distance from various places of interest. Madalena Orquídea Living was the perfect place for us. We had a two bed two bath that is very spacious, clean modern and well maintained. It was very close to the grocery store, making it easy to stock up the very spacious fridge. Its also a few blocks away from the noisey touristy areas , with good restaurants and coffee places. Management was very responsive the internet was down on one day ,i reached out to them on their WhatsAPP and got immediate response that they were working on it with the local carrier. Madalena Orquídea Living lived up to our expectations and would recommend it to my friends & family.

This was a great place for our family of four. It was easy to walk to restaurants and the subway and even to the trains. For us, the location was perfect. Easy to check in. Fantastic Luxury Apartment in great area

Really loved the apartment - it was huge and airy and very comfortable. The bathrooms were 5-star hotel standard. The location is great too - right in the middle of the tourist district but still felt private. Above all, the management team is very responsive and helpful. Only a very small observation is the TV could benefit from an upgrade to be smarter and allow Netflix etc
