Good for group stays but noisey

The apartment accommodated our large group in one space which was great but we won't stay here again. We didn't realize when we booked that the location is in a loud area. If you don't mind the outside noise of cargo shipments by the river and loud neighbors late night, then this place could work for you. We also had a tough time staying cool with fans and portable air conditioners provided. The property managers were amazing and always responded promptly and accommodating anything we needed. They even allowed us to park all 3 vehicles in the garage. Excellent customer service!

Lisbon

A lovely big apartment for a large group. Slightly out of town centre but Uber worked well and reasonable. Great check in and all communication with agents was dealt with very quickly. TV with all cables. One of the bathrooms had a bad smell which we didn’t report as we were too busy but apart from that was very good value for money. We were a hen party. No noise after 10pm as residents also live in block.

Terrible manager

Manage sent two people to the apartment to demand payment in cash for tourism tax. Their style was inappropriate. When I asked them to wait for me to contact vrbo since I was sure everything was paid for, they called their manager Rodriguez and demanded I talk to him, he threatened, used bad language and intimidation style to have the police come and evict us if we did not pay on the spot. When I finally spoke to vrbo agent "Motaz" he confirmed that everything was paid for and asked me to ignore their request for payment. It was an ordeal that extended over a couple of hours and we had just flown from US and were very tired.. The apartment is nothing like it was described. A terrible experience overall.

Good Value wonderful hosts!

We arrived early but we were taken up to the apartment right away as the friendly cleaning staff were finishing up. Everything was as expected. Since we arrived from Porto by train the few minutes of walking to get here was great. Nearby grocery store and coffee shops too. What we appreciated the most was the kindness and generosity we received when we unexpectedly required an additional night. Albertino responded so quickly that the situation was not stressful at all. Obrigada!
