The individual who checked us in was outstanding. He provided an upgraded room, and marked up a map for key sites and best way to get there. As well, we were offered 10% discount on meals in the restaurant, and the food was delicious. Finally a complimentary bottle of wine was left in the room

This hotel was right in the middle of everything in a good way. Our room was nice and cozy but nothing too over the top. Ali who checked us in was very nice and helpful and they gave us a bottle of wine when my husband and I mentioned that we were on our honeymoon.

I have to say I was a little bit doubtful before booking, but that quickly changed once I got into the hotel, saw the room and was greeted by the staff! This place is perfect, the room was big, clean and the front desk staff was great. It is very well located, however, not fully accessible by a vehicle, which isnt a big deal. You are right at the heart of the action. Welcome drinks and a complementary bottle of wine. Nothing but good things to say.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of wine – such a warm and fitting welcome for a wine lover like me! The wine theme throughout the hotel is incredible and beautifully done. As a wine fanatic, I absolutely loved it. The staff truly made my stay exceptional. Roberto went above and beyond with restaurant suggestions and even took the time to make reservations for me. Sofia was equally amazing – when I needed my dress ironed and there wasn’t an iron available, she personally took it, steamed it, and returned it looking impeccable. I was so grateful for her kindness. When I checked out, a staff member kindly carried my luggage and walked with me to where I was getting my Uber – such a thoughtful gesture that made my departure just as smooth as my arrival. The room itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to also find a lovely bottle of wine waiting in my room – I couldn’t finish it during my stay, but it was such a thoughtful touch. If I could give this hotel a 10 out of 5, I absolutely would. I highly recommend the Lisbon Wine Hotel and can’t wait to return.

Wonderful location and service!

We loved this hotel and it's location! The staff was amazing and very helpful and when we had a concern about our room without hesitation they moved us! This hotel also had a lovely little restaurant in the lobby and patio area and another garden up a floor where you could go to relax and have a drink! We highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful stay at Lisbon Wine Hotel for our first visit to Lisbon. The hotel is in a convenient location to explore all the main sights across the city. Easy reach to the buses and trains too. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help when needed. Room was a good size, clean and cool. Bathroom does have a glass door which may not be comfortable for everyone! Area around the hotel was fairly quiet at night; a few bits of building work going on currently but nothing too noisy! The streets around the hotel are fine during the day but it is quite near an area in a square that you want to be careful around at night. As other reviews have said, you cannot drive right to the front of the hotel as it is a pedastrianised street. Local taxis tend to park up at the end of the street but if you get a Bolt/Uber they may not know where best to park. Would recommend getting dropped on Praça dos Restaudores (no.58) and walk down the side street by Fabrica cafe and Bonjardim restaurant for easiest drop offs/pick ups. Would definitely recommend staying here for your first visit to Lisbon!

We loved the hotel. We were greeted warmly with a glass of wine. Our room was spacious with 2 french doors to a balcony overlooking the street. We loved watcing the foot traffic up and down the street with all the shops and restaurants. We had lunch outside at the hot el's patio and it was delicious. The staff was fantastic.
