Friendly staff, awesome location, just a Cool vibe at the hotel... I was playing ping pong, had a drink at the bar. The pool is not heated however no matter what they say... Can't stress enough the location felt safe... Loved it.

JAM never disappoints. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience. Moody corridors, great design, solid sound system, plus a beautiful terrace and plunge pool. The rooms are big and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Only minor improvement would be more lighting in the bathroom. And being in Santos? Perfect location. Always happy to stay here.

I always love staying at JAM, it’s more than a hotel, it’s a concept. Great atmosphere, strong design details, and an amazing sound system throughout. The bar and terrace are a highlight, and the plunge-style pool is perfect for relaxing. Rooms are spacious, beds are super comfortable, and I always sleep well. Only small note: the bathroom lighting could be a bit brighter. The Santos location is unbeatable. I’ll definitely be back.

Every time I stay at JAM, I love it. It’s not just a hotel, it’s a whole concept. The atmosphere is great, from the sound system throughout the space to the overall design details. The corridors are intentionally a bit dark, which adds to the mood. There’s a really nice bar, a great terrace, and I love the pool area. It’s more of a deep plunge pool than a full swimming pool, but perfect for relaxing. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable, I always sleep so well there. The only small detail I’d mention is that the bathroom could use a bit more lighting, especially around the toilet area. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable. Being in Santos makes everything super convenien, one of the best areas to stay in Lisbon. I’ll definitely keep coming back as always! Staff is great too

This is the second time that I am staying at Jam Hotel. It's very modern and well designed. It's in the heart of Lisbon and close to many restaurants and shopping area. It's also very close to train station where you can go to the near cities like Caiscas. I highly recommend the hotel for both short and long stays.

The hotel is unique and overall leaves a great impression. The rooms on the streetside are quite noisy so I asked to switch rooms to one facing the back street. Unfortunately without the street noise it gets very quickly apparent that the walls are just not very good at blocking noise. I could hear music from a club as well as children crying.

This hotel has a truly unique style with impressive, eco-conscious architecture. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, though they don't include televisions. The bar is excellent with stunning views, and the entire team—from reception to the bartenders—provided wonderful, friendly service.
