Cosy yet comfortable and bright, the apartment is designed to ensure your comfort. The warm earthy tones and neutral interior provides a relaxing feeling coming home after a long day in the city.
The open-planned living room and kitchen allow the home to feel more spacious than it is, giving it a bright and airy feeling.
In the living area, you'll find the entrance to a very small balcony (almost just a large window). Next to this is the flat-screen TV, where you can enjoy some shows on the comfortable sofa.
Both bedrooms feature comfy double beds with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Both bedrooms are ensuite, but the bathroom in the 2nd bedroom is also adjoining to the living area.
You'll find that both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.
The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare a meal: cooking plate, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine are all yours!
Your health and safety come first, so we follow an enhanced cleaning protocol with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

The Graça District is one of Lisbon's oldest suburbs, located on the top of one its highest hill, a few blocks north-east of the Castelo de Sao Jorge and just up the hill from Alfama area. Graça itself is a very charming place with its own narrow streets and squares, brimming with cake shops and local shops and restaurants, mostly frequented by locals. In the nearby surroundings of the apartment is a supermarket, some restaurants and cafes, a pharmacy and even a few bars.
Graça offers easy access to bus, tram and underground and is within walking distance of most of Lisbon's hotspots. Just on the street opposite the apartment is a Bus Stop.
Note: Paid street parking is available. Before your check-in, you will receive a message with your check-in options, as well as where you can pick up your keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge at the property has a cost of 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an additional charge.

Great stay! My only complaint is the check in process was a little confusing…the directions given were not accurate with the locks and instead of going up one flight of stairs it is two. Very clean and a good size space. Very responsive host as well.

Appartement très très propre et fraîchement rénové avec goût, bravo! Très bien situé pour nous en tant que touristes, assez près des services (restos, épiceries), il faut aimer marcher. Parfaitement climatisé, c’est A1. Bien insonorisé par rapport à la rue et les voisins. Cuisine petite mais bien équipée. 2 belles salles d’eau, même si la 2e était minuscule. Côté confort, on était 4 et c’était limite, ce n’est pas non plus un appartement pour 6, c’est trop petit. D’ailleurs, la chambre secondaire est très petite, et les 2 petits matelas sont très durs. Malheureusement, nous n’avons pas été chanceux avec le service d’aqueduc du quartier puisqu’on a manqué d’eau 2 fois durant plusieurs heures causé par un bris dans une rue adjacente. Aussi, nous avons subi une panne électrique lors d’un dîner causé par le compteur électrique du panneau principal qui a disjoncté. Avec ces déboires, j’aurais apprécié au moins une visite d’un électricien et meilleure compensation de la compagnie de gestion, soit beaucoup plus qu’un rabais de 10% sur une future location. Mais bon, malgré tout, on recommande cet appartement.

Tolles, neues Apartment
Tolle, neue und sehr gepflegte Stadtwohnung. Ideal für 4 Personen, zu sechst (Couch im Wohnzimmer ausklappbar) wird es ggf etwas eng. Klasse sind die beiden Bäder. Das größere bietet genügend Staumöglichkeiten, ist aber nur über das hintere Schlafzimmer zugänglich. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer liegt nach vorne zur Straße hin und ist etwas lauter, Bushaltestelle gegenüber. Das hintere Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig und hat einen romantischen Blick in den Feigenbaumgarten. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - genügend Besteck und (Koch-)Geschirr, großer Kühlschrank und Tiefkühlfach. Sogar einen kleinen Geschirrspüler und Handtücher für alle gab es - das hatten wir in der Beschreibung nicht so gelesen. Klimaanlage haben wir (noch) nicht gebraucht.
Zugegeben Graca ist nicht unbedingt das schönste Viertel Lissabons, aber vllt. gerade deshalb umso authentischer. Wenn man gut zu Fuß ist (was man in Lissabon auf jeden Fall sein sollte!) ist man in ca. 15 Minuten aus Alfama zur Wohnung gelaufen. Die nächste Metrostation Anjos oder Intendente ist ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit der Tram28 kommt man auch näher heran, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Miradouro da Graca oder Miradouro de Senhora do Monte - besonders abends empfehlenswert. Kleine Minimercados und Bäckereien auch in Laufweite gut zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem GuestReady-Team war jederzeit sehr angenehm! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden sehr gerne einmal wiederkommen!
