Great location / host communication not punctual

Certainly a great location but you can find better accommodations in this area. The cleaners were still cleaning the place one hour after the 3 pm check-in time. The air conditioning unit in the living room did not work and it took me multiple attempts for them to reply back, at which they gave an excuse and did not fix the issue. I would hesitate booking any rentals associated with this group.
