"First, the positives - A beautiful old hotel. We enjoyed the meals we had on premise at 1902 and the coffee shop. We stayed in the older, historic section. The room was clean except for a very icky rusty shower drain. The negatives - the room walls were very thin. Our family had 2 rooms but another party was placed in between us. this party had 3+ children that continually screamed and ran up/down the halls. It was so bad that we eventually called the front lobby. They promised security would come up to ask them to be quiet. No security ever arrived. Totally sucked for the rest of the guests on that floor. When checking out, I complained to mgt and they removed the "self parking" fee (which shouldnt be a thing) and the resort fee,"
