Definitely dated, needs an upgrade. But the room was clean, sheets were crisp and bleachy, and the owner was a delight. Showed us 2 rooms to choose from, and said to find him if we need anything. I did need another pillow, as they were somewhat flat, he gave me three fresh ones from the laundry area. And it was nice and quiet for a good night sleep.

Great budget motel at a calm and quiet location. The best thing is its still 5 minutes from the heart of lincoln. The facility is clean, well kept with a privacy quite unmatched! The management always provides quick support which is refreshing. I have been a regular for 3 years, and plan to keep going back. Dont forget to ask for your favourite room ; they always try their best to accomodate request.
