It was the perfect place to stay for a ski trip for a family of four. I appreciated the little welcoming gift bag with coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn.

Great amenities and cleanliness that makes one feel at home immediately. It’s one of those rentals where even after a hard day of hiking, you get the energy to rather have food inside than at a restaurant, while watching Netflix. I’ll definitely look up this place the next time we are in White Mountains with our pet.

Everything else was perfect the place was clean, stocked and looked well taken care of but for 800. Both my parents and I were extremely unhappy with the beds and pillows uncomfortable mattress and flat. I ended up sleeping on the couch…

Perfect for short stay

Nice for a short stay, definitely needs better mattresses and air conditioning or atleast more fans for main floor and loft. Condo was very clean wish the porch was taken better care of but was still nice. Would definitely come back again for a short stay.

Nestled a short distance from Loon Mt, this was a perfect little home base for my family and dogs to explore the white mountains. There were some scuff marks/dents in the hallway that were previously painted over and the downstairs screen was slightly cracked when we got there, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked.

Property cleanliness was great, however the quality of the residence is meh. Underlying moth ball smell throughout. Maintenance needed. Kitchen equipment (pots/pans/knives/cutting boards) shoddy/borderline dangerous. Comfy condo. Satisfactory accommodation, but not overwhelming. Great location!

Booking Process

Not the true VRBO check in process. I was pushed through Loon reservation services. I had to reverify and field phone calls and emails. I book through VRBO to avoid this. Will not book here again.

Good Location needs some updates

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a good spot, across the street from the shuttle pick up (make sure the shuttle is running, it doesn't run during Feb vacation week). The unit was clean and worked well for our family. The kitchen is very tight, 2 people is tough to fit working. It had most of the stuff you need but you can tell its just a rental, not someone's home for rent. The furniture is huge for such a small space especially the table, you can barely walk around it. Also the kitchen/dinning room table is about to collapse, it wobbles to the point where you don't want to use it. Also all of the tvs' speakers are blown, they sound terrible. All in all its a good condo but could use some updates.
