Great place for family get together!

This house was just perfect for our family get together. We had 8 adults and 6 children and the house could have easily accommodated more, we were very pleased with the entire experience. The beach views are amazing the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook all of our meals, we never left the house! We literally have no complaints about the house, it was exactly as it was billed, this made our stay in Lincoln City almost perfect. ( the only minus was the wind and cold on the beach and that was hardly the houses fault lol). The hot tub was an awesome place to get out of the chill of the beach. Everything worked and overall we could not be more pleased with our stay.

Lincoln city house

The house is nice for the age of it. There are an amazing amount of rooms and beds for the size of the house. 2 of the amenities were a big disappointment the gas fire place didn’t work correctly and the hot tub did not work the whole time we were there repair man said the pump was likely burned out.

They house was a wonderful location but very over rated the dishes were in the dishwasher, the dirty towels were in the washer not washed, sand on floor in almost every room, the rec room was awful cans, food on floor and couch also contact lenses stuck to the rail of bunkbed

Great space for large family grouo

Great space for multi generation family group, lots of room and space to stretch out. Perfect beach front location but stairs might be a bit difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Missing some basic essential / utensils in the kitchen but house and spa were both clean. Communication with agency and check in/out straightforward.

Beautiful ocean front property. Beach house had everything we needed and lots of space to accommodate a large group. Billiards room was a great space that kept any noise or music contained at night. Big windows let in lots of light and views of the ocean from almost every room. House was well stocked and very clean. There was a bat in the upstairs bedroom. We contacted the owner who was quick to respond. They never came to resolve the issue, it seemed that they were aware of a "rat bat" upstairs. Even though it may have been harmless, it would have been good to know about ahead of time as it gave us quite the scare. Overall, we were blown away with the beauty of this property and the stunning views.

Overall the views from the large deck is what sold us on the home. They did not disappoint! The house was able to fit our large family and plenty of room for everyone. The path down to the beach has sticker weeds so some sort of shoes was needed to head down to the beach. Could use some love for sure! The furnishings and decor were a bit more outdated than we expected. The kitchen needs a good update for the basic essentials needed to stay. We found ourselves searching for items that we could not locate- which is a bit of a bummer. Overall- the house was good.

Wish we had been told the oven didn’t work. While the size of the property was perfect for our family the lack of cooking amenities was not. Hard to cook for a big family with no propane or oven and the stovetop cookware wasn’t big enough and looked like it had seen better years!

Perfect Location!!!

Great location and beach access at the best beach in Lincoln City. The house is a little dated but comparable to others offered in the area and appropriate for the price. I did not experience any issues with cleanliness that I saw in the negative comments. There were a few things that needed attention (stove - which we were informed of prior, fireplace, front door hitting floor before fully opening, etc.) but nothing that ruined the trip. I would definitely stay there again. One warning after two falls; stair from living room hall is steep and has narrow treads so BE CAREFUL!

Memorable trip

We had a fantastic time celebrating my mom's 60th birthday together. The house had plenty of room and things to do. Location was perfect. We did have a few issues with items not working. The fireplace in the living room wouldn't turn on. There were multiple blinds that were not working well. One panel in the game room upstairs is completely gone. The oven did not work. A man came by as we were checking in. Said he was there to fix the oven, but was not able to. Said he would return the next day, but he didn't. We were not made aware that he oven was out or that someone was scheduled to come fix it. We managed without the oven. Overall, would definitely recommend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Desperate need of updates/deep clean/care

Super location. Property needs serious attention. We disregarded the negative reviews (was called sea perch prior) and we met with the same issues. Needs a very deep clean. Significant electrical and plumbing problems throughout stay. Lots of other very annoying issues which had me spending way more time on phone with management than I wanted while on vacation. It’s too bad because it has potential to be outstanding—just In dire need of care.

House is FULL of black mold!

Beach view is beautiful and about the only Thing that was accurate about the photos and description. BUT this house was in TERRIBLE condition! Dirty and extremely unhealthy. The amount of mold was unbelievable, in every room. My mom was on oxygen with a lung disease and the amount of mold really exaggerated her condition and the trip was for her so it was really unfortunate. The amount of mold also made a few of our kids have coughs. The hot tub was absolutely disgusting and we were charged an additional $150 hot tub fee, it wasn’t even useable. I think the hot tub condition was described as a porta potty, and the landscape was not kept up, especially on the stairs to the beach. The house is just gross, and the pictures were really edited to be deceiving! And you will be sore from the beds! The amount of money we spent on this house for what it was is UNBELIEVABLE. Do not waste your money on this house!

Overall great

House is smaller than it seemed in pictures.. especially the living room. The view is amazing. The bed sheets and pillow cases were hard to find for the pullout couches. Also, the blankets were dirty, not everything was dusted and the downstairs toilet was not cleaned properly. Overall a great stay but the housekeeping of the house needs improvement.

Beachfront vacation

The location of the house could not be beat; ocean front with the beach only steps away. Being able to sit in the hot tub while enjoying the ocean views was amazing! The house had some quirks ( some rooms only being accessed from another room, etc.), but that made it fun for the kids to explore. The game rooms were fantastic. The listing on vrbo indicated that the house has 5 bedrooms. That is not true. It only has 4 bedrooms with the "5th" room being a den with a foosball table and bunk beds, but the room does not have a door so no privacy if an adult needed to stay in the room. Overall, we had a great stay with friends.

Great house with big TVs and lots of room

The house is very roomy. The massive table was awesome-great for a jigsaw puzzle and still plenty of room for playing games or dining. Everything works! Location can’t be beat-a few easy steps down to the beach. Highly recommend!

50th Wedding Anniversary

We rented this home so our kids (2 with spouses) and 8 grandkids could help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. I believe your pictures were misleading and the home is not as large as I expected, but we dealt with that. Only 2 bedrooms had ocean view, so were disappointed with that. Only had one walk in shower, but we also figured that out. I guess I don't understand the high cost of 7 nights when it is stocked with dollar store items. Very disappointing. But it did have 2 refrigerators which was awesome! The view & deck were wonderful as was the easy convenience of stairs to the beach. That was the Very Best Part. Parking was challenging at times but doable. Overall we enjoyed our week because we love each other & love to be together! I am pretty sure I would not rent this home again, but would rent in that area. Was a very convenient location!!
