The view was amazing and the rooms were clean and inviting. Loved the fireplace, and the hot tub was great but the jets don't work very well. They at very soft, but still it was warm and a great view. The beds were extremely comfortable. Maybe a thriw blanket on the couch to snuggle, but that's just a personal thing. I love a soft blanket, with the fire and view and glass of nice wine. We loved the property, have already shared it with others to rent with our highest recommendations.

This place was fantastic in every way! Even though we didn’t use the hot tub, we sat on the deck watching the ocean and beautiful sunsets. There is no doubt that I will stay there every time we’re in Lincoln City!

Amazing host with a great level of communication. Process very simple. Located right on the beach with a hot tub on the balcony which was a highlight. Everything you need for prepping food and comfortable beds and furniture.

We had a fabulous stay. The location was perfect- close enough to to easily access necessities and fun shops in town while also having anough space between us and heavy tourism. Or backyard was the beach, we had unbelievable sunset views, and the hot tub was a must for cool nights. .I appreciated having ample toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags provided. It may seem like a small thing but after staying in other places where that wasn't the case, I can say that this gesture made a big difference to us.Another big gratitude plug is the unbelievably comfortable beds. Usually on vacations I come to miss my own bed, but that wasn't the case while staying here. The cool ocean breeze paired with the remarkable bedding situation made for some of the best sleep I've had in years.The whole place seemed to have been recently updated and was very clean. My eldest son, age 19, slept on the sofa bed and even he was comfortable and sad to leave. We wouldn't change a thing!

Loved the ocean front location and closeness to Lincoln city. It does get hot inside if you don’t open the windows. The pillows are too soft for us.

A great place to stay!

This condo was a great location for a long weekend trip! It's right on the beach with a great view of the ocean. The inside is immaculately clean, nicely decorated, and has comfortable furniture. But one thing that really stands out is the exceptional service from the management company. Every message we sent them received a prompt reply, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us.

Mother’s Day Getaway

We loved this little condo. It had everything we needed, super clean, and beautiful oceanfront views. Very updated and decorated really nice. Parking was great, easy to get to. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic location!

I was looking for a place to stay that was on the beach, and this property did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and beach access was alongside the building. It was everything I was looking for, and I plan to book again in the future.

Nice place to stay

The only thing that vould be approved on is some way to washbthe sand off after getting back from the beach without going inside. Otherwise awesome place to stay. Loved the view while sitting in the hot tub!
