Front desk staff was great, 1st floor ice machine was out of service she offered to come get our ice bucket, fill it and bring it back to the room with clean towels housekeeping didnt leave.. In there defense we took an extended nap with do not disturb. We did think our room had a jetted tub but didnt.

NICE PLACE TYO STAY

Very nice place. Room was clean except for one end table which had splatter across the entire thing. I'm thinking they sprayed cleaner but forgot to wipe it down? Room smelled clean and everything else was very spotless. safe area; plenty of parking; friendly desk help and cheerful housekeeping. We didn't eat breakfast but it looked and smelled delicious. Peeked at the pool and it was very clean.
