Room wasn’t ready

We arrived to check in at 330 and they gave us keys to a room that hadn’t been cleaned and turned over yet. We went back downstairs and were told they didn’t have another room with a king size bed available. Our options were wait 30 minutes (until 4, an hour past check in time) for our reserved room or accept a room with two queens. I appreciate that solutions were offered but I feel like reserved rooms should be ready at check in time, not an hour later. We didn’t have the time to wait so we had to accept the two queen beds. We also consistently had issues with our keys working to unlock the room, even right after we got them.

GREAT Staff. Very accommodating as family was in for a funeral. The beds were very comfortable as was the room. We didn't have shelf space in the bathroom (124) and the carpet REALLY needed cleaning but the 4 night stay was great overall.
