Room was in good condition and staff were friendly, but breakfast was awful - Waffle mix was funky - separation of oils - ketchup packets were all stuck together because something(s) had leaked in the storage bowl and not been cleaned up. We were first in the breakfast area when it opened for the day, so it was not the fault of other guests.
