The apartment is located on Place Saint Hubert, on the second floor of a small building, with access to the entire dwelling.

The staircase to the apartment is located on the second floor: the stairs are narrow, so we recommend families with young children or people with mobility difficulties to take this into consideration.

Mosquito & heat issues

There was no fan at the property or mosquito nets on the windows. We did not expect there to be mosquitoes and as the windows face a dark area and are near a park this means a trade off - window open for cooler temperature but then getting bitten many times. The property was clean and the staff were helpful. Someone in the building banged on our door at 1am and ran away which was also unpleasant!The room got so hot, even with the curtains closed during the day. A warning is needed on the avert.

Tres Bon emplacement pour un sejour en centre ville

A proximité des gares de Lille, au calme, studio bien agencé., literie confortable .Restaurant le Hein juste a côté. A part quelques ampoules défectueuses, le manque de torchon, le parking public payant, séjour agréable avec un bon rapport qualité prix.

Remarques:Le n 6 n est pas sur l immeuble c est le numéro 51 et je n est pas pu ouvrir la photo. Sinon l ampoule du plafonnier de la douche ne fonctionne plus.Et il y a beaucoup de fourmis, il serait bon de mettre un piège. Sinon tres bon séjour

Très belle ville, population locale accueillante. De nombreuses attractions touristiques. Une incursion en Belgique, plus précisément à Bruges, avec en son centre la magnifique place Le Markt avec sa basilique du Saint-Sang renfermant une fiole contenant le sang du Christ
