Lierna, in the resort, 800 m from the centre, 6 km from the centre of Varenna, 47 km from the centre of Como, traffic calmed area, 20 m from the lake, direct access to the beach. Room cleaning on request (extra). 50 m footpath to the house. Single garage at, public parking 50 m. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Grocery 650 m, supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 240 m, bar 50 m, bakery 800 m, pedestrian zone 20 m, 8 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Olcio" 3.7 km, railway station "Linea Sondrio-Lecco" 800 m, ferry 6 km, pebble beach "Riva Bianca" 20 m.
