A recently renovated holiday apartment located in the small town of Lierna on the shores of Lake Como, Casa Royale Appartamento Terra consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer (in the communal laundry room), wireless printer (for smart working, can be connected to smartphones), bottle warmer, hair straightener and a television. A cot and a highchair are available for an extra fee.



There is also a shared area with table football, Tam Tam table, chess, tabletop games a children area.

Our manager Allesandra was great. The apartment was clean and adorable. No views though. Also, very very steep climbs all the way from bus station to the home. It changes everything when you are lugging luggage.

Amazing experience at lake Como

My friends and I stayed here to explore Lake Como and it was fantastic. The property is a 1 minute walk from the water in a beautiful location. It was easy to get to Bellagio and other cities via the water taxi. The house was well kept and has everything we needed. Would highly recommend this property

C’est facile d’accès, même si c’est en zone piétonne au centre authentique, voiture pas loin du tout… Merci Alessandra pour toutes les attentions sympathiques à notre arrivée ! Accès explications communication propreté facilité au top! Avec le lac tout prêt, gare proche et les trains pratiques, les commerces pas loin, tout très bien! Deux oreillers différents chacun! Ustensiles de cuisine et de maison tout complet. Décoration très agréable ! Nous avons été enchantés !
