My room was very clean and fresh. I was impressed with the cleanliness of all the indoor areas. My initial check in was flawless, as were my extended check ins. Each person that extended my stay was friendly and helpful. On a less positive note, I had to get used to the changing breakfast hours. My only negative comment is that the walkway and driveway were dangerously icey, throughout my stay.

The staff at the desk were excellent, the room seemed clean. That’s where the good news ends. The thermostat did not work it became unbearably hot despite adjusting the temperature. And the hot water took almost 30 min of running the water to actually be a temperature warm enough to get in the shower.

The room was extremely clean and the staff were WONDERFUL!! shoutout to Mike at the frost desk for working every day that we stayed and was always there to greet us every morning at breakfast and when we returned. He was so helpful and the breakfast staff kept everything so stocked and fresh. Beautiful room and beautiful location. I had a last minute change of travel plans and they were able to accommodate me! 10/10
