The room was extremely clean and the staff were WONDERFUL!! shoutout to Mike at the frost desk for working every day that we stayed and was always there to greet us every morning at breakfast and when we returned. He was so helpful and the breakfast staff kept everything so stocked and fresh. Beautiful room and beautiful location. I had a last minute change of travel plans and they were able to accommodate me! 10/10

Overall, I enjoyed my overnight stay here. I couldn't control the temperature in the room due to the HVAC malfunction. Although the room stayed cool and comfortable, it would've been nice to be able to control the temperature. I did informed the front desk, and they wrote up a service request for the HVAC service

The staff was friendly and quick with check in. The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good and there was a variety of breakfast items to choose from. The place was clean and staff did a good job of restocking the items. Great Stay.

Good overnight stop - moldy smell in room

Breakfast was great! Wi-Fi was slow but functional for watching videos. The room smelled moldy which was a little concerning and there were weird spots on the base of the tv that looked like they were possibly mold. Beds were comfortable. Good place to stop for the night.

The staff are excellent and make this stay.it is clean, breakfast area nice, and theybare attentive to maintnemace needs. The only downside is the rooms smell musty which aggrevates my allergies. I stayed several times and unfortunately now stay elsewhere because of the mustiness.

Decent place to lay head for a couple nights.

The location is good. Could use some more parking. The hotel must've had a leak or something because the 3rd floor hallway smelled really bad like mildew was there. Our room specifically had some mold in random places on the walls. Not black mold, but it was green mold. Bed and bathroom was clean. Room stayed pretty cold regardless of what we set thermostat to and we think that was the cause of the excess moisture which led to the mold on the walls.

Decent for the price

Staff was friendly. No AC in hallway or elevator. Side door has been broken for almost a year or more. Carpets in room are much better hallway needs redone since it is original. Rooms are clean, breakfast is edible.
