Very courteous staff. Immediately accommodated my requests for late checkout and bed change (due to an unforeseen change in my plans). The room was very clean. Easy parking. Easy to find off the main highway. It really should/could/would have been an excellent rating but there were some minor flaws (caulking, sink). I say it that way because for the extremely low, reasonable price I paid and all of the other conveniences, I certainly would recommend it and would stay there again.

Room was okay. There was something on the comforter that looked questionable and the furniture veneer was peeling, but it was clean (B- clean). The front desk staff were all very nice and the breakfast was great!

I had a wonderful stay while in town for a horse show. The room was very spacious, clean and the beds were super comfy. The breakfast was ready early - an added bonus for my early morning start. Highly recommend!

Aside from no TP holder, 1 trash can (xs), no hskpg for the trip d/t dogs going, food bland but not horrible, one dryer so had to wait for other guest to finish and he disappeared for a while, but I got it in dryer around 11p. 24h coffee was nice.

The price was great and the room was fine. The dog fee was very reasonable. My biggest complaint was that there was no hot water, and when I went to let the front desk staff know upon checking out, just in case something needed to be fixed, I was told I should have let the water run for over 10 minutes to allow the water time to heat up.
