Recientemente terminamos de remodelar esta espaciosa casa de campo en Nicholasville Ky y estamos muy emocionados de compartirla con futuros huéspedes. Se ve completamente nuevo en el interior y tiene un oasis increíble en el patio trasero cuando hace buen tiempo. Está cerca de todas las grandes cosas que hacer en Lexington, incluyendo Keeneland y la Universidad de Kentucky. Los colchones son lo mejor de la línea y le asegurarán una estadía muy cómoda.

3 dormitorios. Dos con colchón Cali king y 1 con colchón completo. También colchón de aire disponible y sofá para invitados adicionales.

Quítese los zapatos cuando esté dentro de la casa para evitar el desgaste.

Por favor, no fumar en el hogar o en la habitación de sol de atrás. Fuera del hogar está permitido si la evidencia de fumar se elimina de manera adecuada. No tenemos un cenicero en el sitio.

Kitchen was basic. Had nuts and bolts of what was needed. Clean place and comfortable for what we needed as we visited our daughter at UKY for Family Weekend. The weather changed and we couldn’t adjust the thermostat which was an opportunity as you needed a code. That’s the only complaint I had.

Kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Lots of living room space. Bedrooms large and very comfortable beds. Nice and clean and the owner was easy to communicate with and took care of any situation we had, which was small. I definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay again.

The home was as listed. There was sufficient space for my husband and I, our son and his family (wife and two children ages 9&11). The home was clean decorated well. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t provided.

Great Location for Visiting Lexington Area

This home is great place to stay while visiting the Lexington area or going to the races at Keeneland. It has all the comforts of "home" especially comfortable beds, an up-to-date master shower, TVs, an enclosed porch, and a back yard that has a variety of plants, birds and a Koi pond. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy drive to some of the top restaurants in the area.
