    We stayed in a lake view lodge, it was extremely comfortable and very well equipped everything was there for you. The lodge setting was lovely, it's the perfect place for some rest and relaxation. The team of people who work there go above and beyond to help you and ensure that you have a pleasant stay. Perfect.

    I put poor facilities because it relates to the lack of fishing available. However, we also struggled to get all our belongings from the cars to the lodge as we were unable to drive directly there. Also, one trolley provided to help was broken.

    The lodge has a situated at the far end of the park with amazing views across the lakes and countrys

    The lodge has a situated at the far end of the park with amazing views across the lakes and countryside. We had a few issues when we arrived - we couldn’t get a signal on the TV in the lounge and it kept pixelating. We hadn’t gone away to watch TV but it was Christmas and we wanted the option. There was also strong smell of (takeaway?) food in the lodge and a few signs of wear and tear / damage to the furniture which I guess is to be expected as it was a dog friendly lodge. The level of customer service we received was excellent and Caroline and Ben did everything they could to resolve our issues. It felt like nothing was too much trouble. Aside from the issues, overall the facilities in the lodge were good - the view from the lodge was amazing. What’s better than stargazing from the hot tub with a glass of wine.
