A good choice.

We enjoyed our stay. While we were in a basic room under the eaves, we had access to a wonderful rooftop terrace with great views. We enjoyed watching a concert down in the plaza below and ate our dinner there. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the hotel location was convenient to shops, restaurants and the beach. Levanto was a great place to stay with easy access by train to the Cinque Terra. A really relaxing way to end our 3 week tour through Italy.

Charming hotel in best location in Levanto

Charming & centrally well located hotel. Clean room and great service. Five minutes from the beach or the train station a great way to commute to 5Terre. Breakfast at the beautiful garden which we enjoyed our cappuccino or espresso. The Staff are always smiling, welcoming and ready to serve. Surrounded by many restaurants and shops makes it the perfect location to be in Levanto.

Ditch the car and enjoy the great location.

Conscientious and helpful staff made this a very nice stay. A little patience is needed since the front desk is not always staffed, but they are cheerful and eager to help. Breakfast buffet was good. Beach towels available for free. We were grateful that the room had AC since we visited during a heat wave. The mattress was a little on the stiff side. We understood from our booking that paid parking was available, though the details were only made clear after we arrived: Euro 7,20/ day for a public lot about 7 blocks away, or Euro 18/day for a private garage that was very safe and nearby, but required advanced warning for key access if the car was needed. We went for the more expensive option, since it turned out that we could walk to everything we needed (and the public lot was full).

Great to stay outside of crazy busy Monterosso

Lovely hotel very, very close to beach about a short 2 blocks. They have bikes you can use and ride around town and to other towns (keep in mind it’s a lot of hills) but it’s a lovely half day ride around. Roof top Terrance was great for drinks at happy hour time to unwind. All the ladies that run this hotel are very gracious hosts, highly recommend them. Shower is a little on the small side but it’s Europe so understandable. We will definitely be back and recommend to friends!

100% recommend

We stayed at Nazionale in Levanto for 2 nights and had an excellent experience! The location is ideal... close to all the stores and restaurants, short walk to the train, and a 3 minute walk to the beach!! The breakfast in the garden is incredible (the best we had in our 9 days in Italy!). The rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff is so accommodating and eager to assist.
