Centrally located the apartment is close to all services from supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The apartment is in a restricted and delimited area with exclusive access reserved for residents. On foot you can reach the train station, the ideal way to visit the nearby Cinque Terre. A short distance from the sea, the path from home to the beach takes place for the most part in a limited traffic area and exclusively for pedestrians. Nearby the Conad supermarket, very well stocked, the Levanto bar which is a fixed stop for local aperitifs



Getting Around:

The historical center of Levanto, the Seaside walk from Levanto to Bonassola and Framura, the old Church "S.Andrea". Take the train to get to Monterosso in 3 minutes and visit the Cinque Terre. Amazing is also the path from Levanto to Monterosso. If you prefer to enjoy the sea, you can rent canoe, small boats to cruise along the coast.

Muf, vochtig, ongezonde schimmelgeur. Blijf er weg!

Wij (een gezin met 2 kinderen van 11 en 13 jaar) zouden in augustus een weekje verblijven in dit, op de foto's modern ogend, appartement. Dit is helaas niet door kunnen gaan, en dat omwille van de ongezonde staat van het appartement. In het appartement, alsook in de centrale inkomhal, was het muf , vochtig en hing er een doordringende en ongezonde schimmelgeur. Het was er zo vochtig dat de grond nat aanvoelde en een blad papier op de tafel klam werd. We contacteerden de eigenaar, maar hij kon ons geen oplossing aanreiken, kwam niet ter plaatse en stelde voor dat we ons verblijf diezelfde avond nog zouden annuleren. De eigenaar heeft ons bewust en kwaadwillig aan het lijntje gehouden in de hoop dat we 'de weg' naar annulatie niet tijdig zouden vinden (voor het einde van ons 'geboekt' verblijf), om dan te kunnen zeggen dat het te laat is en wij ons geld kwijt zijn. Het was blijkbaar niet de eerste keer dat deze eigenaar in opspraak kwam. Hopelijk worden de gepaste stappen ondernomen om dit in de toekomst te voorkomen.

Nous n'avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais avons pu le joindre très facilement. L'arrivée et le départ sont très bien organisés. L'appartement est tout neuf, en excellent état, propre. Il est spacieux et offre une jolie terrasse et un agréable jardinet. Vous disposez de tout le confort (sèche cheveux, lave linge...). L'emplacement est top, proche de tout, vous pouvez tout faire à pied (centre, plage, marché, super marché, gare pour les Cinq Terres...). Je recommande vivement.

Sauber, groß und gute Lage. Tolle Terasse

Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber und groß. Dekoration und einige Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad wären noch gut, ansonsten alles vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Terasse ist super mit kleinem Garten davor. Lage nach am Bahnhof (perfekt für Ausflüge in die Cinque Terre) trotzdem könnten wir gut schlafen. Zum Strand und im die Stadt sind es mal 10 min zu Fuß. Übergabe des Appartements bei Ankunft sehr freundlich.
