Stay in peace in the beautiful seaside resort of Les Sables d'Olonne in this charming apartment located in the historic district of La Chaume.This accommodation of approximately 42m², located on the 1st floor of a small condominium, includes a living room, with an open kitchen equipped and furnished to make your stay more comfortable.An accessible terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a side view of the channel of the legendary Vendée Globe.In the kitchen you will find: oven, microwave, hob, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils ...).The living room is equipped with a television and a sofa bed (140/190). There is also Wi-Fi access in the accommodation.The night area is composed of:- A bedroom with a Queen size bed 160 * 200.- A bathroom with shower, a sink, a toilet and a top washing machine.This accommodation does not have a private parking space but there is the Anselme Maraud square 50 meters away where you can find free parking spaces. There are also parking spaces along the channel 10 meters away.A real village life in this very popular area (La Chaume):-The tip of the priory of Saint Nicolas and the wild coast and its small coves.-The lively quay of La Chaume with its shops and restaurants-The Dombret basin (swimming pool/natural beach)-The very well-known Place Maraud market in Les Sables d'Olonne- A Super U supermarket is 950 meters away.- The SNCF train station is 1.7 km away by taking the ferry.A small maritime boat (passeur) 200 meters from the accommodation will allow you to access the city center of Les Sables d'Olonne and the large beach all year round.Access conditions:We will contact you to organize your stay a few days before your arrival.Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., independently or in person with a member of the team.
