A cosy, immaculate apartment. Ideally located.

The apartment is very centrally located to the promenade and the town. Beautifully clean, with modern and well maintained kitchen and bathrooms. The shower was wonderful! The living area was a little small for 3 of us, but we were out most of the time. Communication was excellent with the owner, by text. I left my kindle in the apartment and Bridgette very kindly was able to send it to me!

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable en famille (deux adultes et un enfant) dans cet appartement idéalement situé entre la grande plage et les commerces du centre-ville. Le logement est propre, lumineux, bien équipé, et notre hôte a été formidable : Madame Aubin a répondu à toutes nos demandes rapidement avec gentillesse et bonne volonté. Absolument enchantés de notre séjour. La situation de l’appartement est juste idéale! En face de la Grande plage (juste la place de Tribunal à traverser), à proximité du remblai, des commerces, restaurants… L’appartement est très propre (pourtant nous sommes exigeants), nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite comme chez nous. Il ne manque rien, tout est en parfait état. Madame Aubin nous a bien accueillis, tout expliqué. On recommande vivement pour une famille de 4/5!

Une belle découverte des Sables

Appartement parfait, bien agencé, propre avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Proche de la mer, de toutes les commodités à pied (et il faut éviter la voiture en saison). Bonne semaine, même si la météo était un peu capricieuse.

Malgré notre arrivée tardive, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup d'attention et de gentillesse ! Attention qui était présente depuis le début d'ailleurs, puisque M. et Mme Aubin avaient délicatement pris toutes les précautions pour ne pas éventer la surprise du week-end que j'organisais pour mon mari ! M. et Mme Aubin sont des hôtes disponibles et prévenants. L'appartement est d'une grande propreté, fonctionnel et lumineux. Surtout, il est à 2 pas de la plage et c'est vraiment très appréciable ! Enfin, pouvoir bénéficier d'une place de parking pour la durée du séjour est plus qu'un atout lorsqu'on connaît le stationnement aux Sables d'Olonne !

Superbe séjour

Nous étions en famille avec ma petite de 9 mois. Madame Aubin est superbe, très à l'écoute et surtout à un très bel appartement sécurisé. Idéal pour notre séjour aux sables d'olonne. Appartement très spacieux, équipé, amusant car il se situe dans la rue la plus étroite du monde dans les années (...) à proximité d'un carrefour city, restaurants, banques... On le conseil fortement rien à dire.

Nous avons l’habitude de prendre des vacances aux sables et nous avons trouvé ici un appartement super. Bon emplacement, l’appartement est très bien agencé avec deux toilettes et deux salles d’eau,grand, propre, un très bon accueil, très bien équipé. Seul problème le parking qui doit être compliqué en haute saison. Un super appartement.

Très bon accueil et agréablement surpris pour cet appartement idéalement situé et parfaitement meublé et équipé ! Rien ne manque, que du positif Un coin parents et un coin enfants, chacun sa salle de bain ! Plage à 50 mètres ! Commerces à 1 minutes. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
