3-bedroom apartment ideal for a family stay, with direct access to the Prarion ski slopes. At Les Hauts de Chavants residency, you'll appreciate the indoor pool and underground parking. In summer, take advantage of the terrace with views and the many activities in the surrounding area.

This 76m2 flat consists of an entrance hall with cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen (large fridge with freezer, microwave oven, 4 burner hob, kettle, Nespresso, raclette and fondue, dishwasher, etc) opening onto a living room with dining area (8 people) and living area facing the terrace. A first large bedroom with a double bed and a shower area so the bathroom (bathtub) can be left to other travelers. A second bedroom with a double bed. The 3rd bedroom is a dormitory (2 double beds and 2 single bunk beds) and is ideal for children. 2 separate toilets.
An all year round access to the residence pool, a private underground parking space and a ski locker complete the accommodation.

The accommodation is located near the ski lifts. It is possible to walk there, but the path includes a fairly steep climb, which can be difficult, especially with ski equipment.


During snowy periods of the year, snow tyres or chains are mandatory according to Decree No. 2020-1264 of 16 October 2020 relating to the mandatory equipment of certain vehicles during winter. You can find more information on this subject at Légifrance.

Very popular location on the Prarion slopes and only 200m from a bakery and ski rental (10% discount for your Hauts de Chavants residence). Free access to the pool in the residence.

Enjoying a snack at the refreshment bar on the lake of Les Chavants is always a pleasant moment. Spa and massage at the Hameau de Pierre Blanche (excellent value for money). Tennis court, climbing wall and many other activities nearby.


Parking for one car in the private underground car park is very appreciable all year round.
Easy access from the "Autoroute Blanche" highway, exit Les Houches, direction "Le Prarion" (-2km). It takes 10 minutes to reach Chamonix.
Public transport: Prarion bus stop just a few steps away to reach the rest of the valley and the train station
