Cold water. No heat at night. No night receptionist Torn bed sheet. Have to go to reception to get toilet paper. Haphazardly placed light switches. TV could not be switched off by remote -needed to pull the plug out. Run down. No tourist information available at reception. Would avoid

Hotel Youthok Heritage was excellent! The staff and the manager were were excellent in addressing our needs and change of plans. Very caring staff and have good pointers about the area nearby and Leh overall. Would definitely stay again.
