Gardens and pool were great. house cleaning staff were very friendly also pool staff. breakfast ok could improve compared to Puri Saron were we have stayed has more choice .. reception staff lovely very friendly...liked walking close to shopping eating out...beach close ... Music at night was great...Did miss happy hour at pool and no coctails

Great stay.Food,staff,facilities and cleanliness.My only grumble was they were putting in a new lift to our block and the associate building noises (jackhammers etc) personally spoilt my stay. Again noises at night were an issue. Slamming doors, alcohol fuelled conversations late into the night.Would stay again but with earplugs!

Made Bali even more magical!!!

We just loved this hotel, we had planned on moving around but once we arrived booked for 8 days. Wish I was there now. We loved the restaurant also..great food, great staff and location was perfect . We did many tours where they picked us up and took us around Bali but loved coming back to our lovely hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better. The soap dispenser was never filled, linen not changed without request. This was disappointing, as we had stayed at the property before and this was a decline in service.

We enjoyed the beautiful gardens and swimming pool areas. Most staff were pleasant and welcoming, others were not. The apartment block was quiet where we stayed. An older style property so don’t expect 5 star.

I really liked everything except the pool had broken tiles in it which was a bit dangerous and the steps were terrible to get out of the pool.

Hit and miss

Put in a room 5m away from construction and not made aware of this upon booking. Noisy and started earlier and finished later than advised, by a note on the bed after we checked in. Lady on reception was rude when attempting to discuss with her. Pool was good though probably won’t stay again based on experience. Poor service.

Have now stayed here 3 times and loved it every time. The staff are beautiful and very accommodating. The food is delicious with a great variety of western and Indonesian selections. The pizza is the best in Bali!!! Will definitely stay there again
