Attractive, high standard wooden villa with a warm atmosphere and sophisticated, modern yet bohemian decoration. The location is excellent, close to Mimbeau and fishers village in Cap Ferret, ocean and bay beaches are in 5 minutes walking distance.
Very nice enclosed 900m2 property with many different seating areas on the wooden terrace arranged on several levels. Open living area with seating area, WiFi, cable TV and open American kitchen.
There are a total of 7 bedrooms (3 bedrooms each with a 1.60m double bed, 1 bedroom with a 1.40m double bed and 3 bedrooms with twin beds, i.e. 2 single beds 0.80m each, which can also be put together), 2 bathrooms with integrated shower, 3 shower rooms and 5 toilets (including 2 separate toilets).
Garden, terraces, garden furniture, warm outdoor shower, BBQ, plancha.
Baby chair and cot on request.
Distances: Bay and ocean beaches 500m, restaurants 1000m, shops and market 2km.
