Lovely position

A lovely original villa in a position with superb views over Sivota bay and the harbour. A bit shabby around the edges and work needed to bring it up to 4* plus in terms of standard. Air con, garden and kitchen updates needed along with outside furniture around pool and on the excellent terraces. A 'get away from it all private location' and reasonable value so close to the port tavernas, bars and shops.

Fabulous Location and View

Villa Viviere is in a wonderful location with fantastic views and a very short and easy walk to Sivota Bay. The pool is gorgeous and the villa is super-stylish with a lovely terrace to relax, eat and drink looking at the fabulous view of the bay and out to sea. We had issues with the air con which was unfortunate (and pillows too hard for our liking!) but the team were very responsive and helpful in addressing any issues raised. The drive off the road to the villa is a little tricky, would be helped if the vegetation was cut back a bit more. All in all we had a fantastic holiday and loved our stay. Would definitely return.

Beautiful villa in a fantastic location

The villa is a short walk from Sivota with a fantastic range of cafes, supermarkets, restaurants, and boat hire. Sivota has a lot to offer and is highly recommended to visit for some food and drinks.Afterli and Ammoussa beaches are very close-by (15 min drive) and are stunning.Property itself is exactly as described. Immaculately clean, with plenty of parking space. The villa is on its own private plot of land with absolutely no neighbours nearby so you will have maximum privacy. Beautifully renovated villa but not so over-polished that it loses its charm. The pool is fantastic. We visited as a group of 10 (8 adults 2 toddlers) and felt that we had enough space for everyone to enjoy the holiday.The property management team is excellent in keeping in touch, responding to requests and questions, and welcoming us to the villa. Big thank you to George, Vasiliki and the team.
