Diseñado con encanto y experiencia, el sistema domótico de la villa ofrece equipos de lujo con TV LCD, Blu-ray y música multipunto. Cada baño está decorado con un mosaico único.
Desde la terraza o la piscina, si lo desea, mientras mantiene su intimidad podrá beneficiarse de la animación del pequeño puerto de Sivota, el que viene de los veleros, los pescadores que vienen a vaciar sus redes ...
Si tiene un barco o desea alquilar uno, es posible reservar un lugar en el pontón a 2 minutos a pie de la villa. (reservar con antelaci��n)

# Exterior

Llegará a Villa Amoudia por una pequeña carretera que sube unos metros por encima de la playa de Sivota. Una plaza de aparcamiento y un garaje están a su disposición. Justo después, un encantador patio privado con un hermoso olivo lo invita a entrar. Después de la puerta, un gran ventanal le brinda el ambiente: terraza sombreada con área de comedor que se extiende por la piscina infinita (8 m por 4) y espléndidas vistas del puerto de Sivota. Al lado, a la sombra de un hermoso olivo, hay una mesa con barbacoa el��ctrica. Alrededor de la piscina le esperan algunas tumbonas, una escalera de piedra le lleva a la terraza del dormitorio de la planta baja y al acceso al mar por un sendero en medio de hermosos olivos..

WC independiente. El primer dormitorio con una cama (160 x 200), HIFI y TV de pantalla plana de 40 ", ba��o privado con ducha y retrete. Desde el dormitorio tiene acceso directo a la terraza y piscina.

Amazing villa, brilliant location - steps down to the sea and just a few minutes walk into Sivota. Barbara the host was brilliant and was always on hand for anything we needed. We had the best time!

Great Location, great villa

We last stayed in Villa Amoudia in 2014 and it's just as beautiful now as it was then. Excellent position at the side of the harbour with a short stroll to the restaurants and shops of Sivota. The villa is very clean and well maintained and the communication was very good. We'd have no hesitation in recommending it. Justin & Jenny.

Everything was perfect: location, staff, pool, beds. This was a great house for our 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Lots of great restaurants and little coffee shops. Highly recommend a guided boat trip to take you swimming around Meganisi and the surrounding area.

Sivota short stay

We had a 6 night stay at Villa Amoudia prior to chartering a yacht from Sivota marina. It was our first time in Lefkada and Sivota and we really liked the area with peaceful surroundings but lots of eating out choices available. The villa itself was wonderful, very comfortable, very clean, great views and one of the most premium locations on edge of village but an easy walk in. The villa host Barbara was very friendly, helpful and responsive and we had a hugely enjoyable stay.

Fabulous!!!!

Four of us stayed at this villa for 1 week. It is in the best location in sivota, just minutes away from all the lovely bars and restaurants. It was beautifully clean and the view from the pool is exceptional. There is plenty of room for more people to stay here. The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are very comfortable. Barbara is on hand for anything you need and communication with her is very prompt. Sivota is a very relaxed and beautiful resort with very good restaurants. Overall we would recommend this villa to anyone and we will definitely be back. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The most amazing Villa

We only stayed for 2 nights in Villa Amoudia and we really wanted to stay longer…. The Villa is situated on a beautiful spot with a amazing view of the village and sea… Sivota is a picturesque village with amazing restaurants and a very close drive to some of the most beautiful beaches in Lefkada. Barbara was a very friendly host and gave us useful information about Lefkada and places to go. The villa was super clean and we had everything we needed. And the best swimming pool with an amazing view. This Villa is definitely on my list to return to. Thank you for lovely memories

Most beautiful place to stay

Absolutely Stunning Villa

We had a lovely stay at Villa Amoudia. We were met by Barbara who was so helpful, nothing was too much bother. The villa itself is luxurious with so much space and all that is required to enable guests to enjoy their stay. It is in a good part of Sivota, close to all bars, restaurants and shops. The infinity pool was great, overlooking Sivota Bay. We enjoyed swimming in the pool but also enjoyed our daily swim across the bay and back.

Lovely family holiday at villa armoudia

Great villa in the beautiful village of sivota . Close to shops and restaurants, pool with shade and bbq . We were greeted by the lovely Barbara ,despite our very late arrival ,who continued to be a great source of information on local beaches,restaurants etc. nothing seemed too much trouble- even translated ingredients from Greek on food items as our granddaughter has milk allergy! Hope to return next year. Many thanks Villathallasa and Barbara

Excellent stay

We had a really nice stay at Villa Amoudia which is a fantastic villa that offers everything you need for some days off in the sun. The kids loved the pool and the sea nearby. The restaurants in Syvota are in walking distance and really nice as well. We did some nice trips on the island as well, lots of other bays nearby. We will definitely come back soon!

Great villa in fantastic location

Just come back from a week at Villa Amoudia in Sivota. It is located just a few minutes stroll to the shops and tavernas and has wonderful views across the harbour from the pool and terrace. The villa was extremely clean and beautifully presented on arrival which was a lovely surprise and included a generous welcome package. It had everything needed for a really comfortable stay. We loved the villa and will definitely stay there again. We would also highly recommend Villas Thalassa to deal with - nothing seemed too much trouble for them.

Super Lage in Sivota

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer Super Lage. nur 50 Meter zu Strand und ca. 100 Meter zum Hafen. Es ist Ruhig gelegen, jedoch sind die Nachbarhäuser sehr gut zu hören und je nach Nachbarn kann das die Idylle stören, was in unserem Fall so war. Die Raumaufteilung ist sehr gut un genug Bäder sind ebenfalls vorhanden. 2 der 4 Schlafzimmer liegen jedoch im Keller ohne Aussicht. Zudem würde ich dem Vermieter bessere Matratzen empfehlen. Aber der Pool und die Lage lassen alles vergessen.

Almost like in Paradise

Thank you for the lovely weeks we were able to spend in Villa Amoudia. Mema gave us a warm welcome to our holiday home. Luckily we didn't need any further support from her during our stay because everything worked perfectly. The cleaning and pool service was very good. The house is very well equipped incl. a Weber Grill! The view from the infinity pool is gorgeous. There are enough sun beds for the number of people, all excellent. Maybe a second umbrella would be good. Sivota is a lovely little town, two very nice bars, the Liotrivi and the Yacht Bar, where we had our daily breakfast. Also very good food in the several restaurants in Sivota.

Great location, very comfortable.

Lovely established villa with modern amenities. Great infinity pool but best of all it's twenty seconds from a lovely shingle beach. Within easy walking distance of supermarkets and restaurants. Great to watch the yachts motoring by but remember to bring binoculars. Spoiled a bit by some construction work going on up the hill, and also the unannounced workmen who came to do some alterations in the basement flat (part of the villa) one Saturday morning. Otherwise, the villa is perfect for a couple or group of people. Highly recommended.
