Everything was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. The night desk person handled a parking situation for us. Our daughter is in a wheelchair so we made sure to get an accessible room. Someone was parked in our spot when we arrived. The gentleman at the front desk handled the situation.

Pretty bad hotel. We were put in room 101, which is a non-smoking room, but it smells so badly of cigarettes and you can especially tell in the bathroom. The bathroom has cracked walls and black stuff in the cracks. I don't even think the room is cleaned unless its visibly soiled. Tub was dirty. There are brown stains on the bed under and on the sheets. The door doesn't have a proper seal, so there is a crack that you can see through into the room on the edge. Hard water. Staff and breakfast was ok. I don't understand how this hotel has a 9/10 rating. Room 101 was disgusting and not worth 100+ USD per night.
