You might occasionally encounter some of the local wildlife, insects, and small critters that are part of the natural surroundings. We recommend keeping doors securely closed whenever possible. Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Leadville stay
Nice place and great location. We had plenty of blankets, pillows and towels. We didn’t have dishwasher soap or salt. Had just enough toilet paper since there were no tissues. We couldn’t watch anything on the TV. No streaming services available.Nothing major- just some suggestions. Thank you!

Right on the Leadville 100 MTB Start/Finish
This property was all about the walkability of the location to everything in Leadville proper: the MTB Expo, coffee shops, bike store, knitting supplies, food options. It could not have been better.
The property accommodated our seven people and four vehicles with no issues. The kitchen was well stocked. The dishwasher managed our loads perfectly. Two baths, one up and one down, met our needs. We were able to watch some Olympic action all together. The liaison with the host was handled through the app. Our request for more TP was promptly handled.
Thank you.

Not really pet friendly but great location
So as often happens I wish I could leave 4.5 stars. This house is very roomy and is in a perfect location with lots of parking. Having said that there is no fenced yard. The front yard is the only usable space and it doesn’t have a gate or even a high enough fence for pups to be outside. The cabin is old and could use some simple updating and it wasn’t really as clean as one would expect. But the kitchen had plenty of stuff to cook and the table was nice and big. We had a great time and would likely stay again but folks who are picky about cleanliness and/or really need a fenced yard should look elsewhere.

Comfortable & Spacious
We stayed at the Cooper Mountain house for a weekend, whilst we had a family funeral, and then celebration at the Elks lodge. We are previous long-time Leadville residents, and our stay made us feel at home again. Our only problem was the lock-box on the front door—but everything else was perfect. Clean, very comfortable, and nice, large bathrooms & bedrooms. Many thanks!
