Fabulous apartment in lovely area. Close to both the centre of town and the beach. Apartment was ideal and exactly as described. It was great having secured parking as we were travelling in a classic car, so good to park off road. Communication with host was good, and the apartment was well furnished and spotlessly clean. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A great place to stay - we were two couples, and the apartment is generously sized for a group of four. Very comfortable, and nicely warm. An excellent location, a short walk to the waterfront and handy for all the amenities in the town centre. Good communications from the helpful property manager, Marie-Madeleine. L'appartement est idéalement situé (à 50m du marché et à 150m de la plage environ). Il est très lumineux et très bien équipé en ustensile de cuisine. Les équipements sont de qualité. We stayed here with three friends to play golf. Everything great. Nice beds, goods shower, private parking space at the house. One thing... I prefer to NOT sleep in one bed with friends. So next time I would ask for the beds to be made up for 3 seperate persons ;-).

Déception

Réservation validée via Abritel en ligne et dont le règlement intégral a été effectué un mois avant la date du séjour. La propriétaire prend contact entretemps pour nous donner des indications sur l'emplacement, le nombre de couchage, le parking etc... Surprise à 3 jours du séjour, elle nous recontacte pour nous indiquer qu'elle a oublié qu'elle avait pris une option avec un client régulier (de PAP, sans contrat) aux mêmes dates, et nous propose donc un autre logement qu'elle possède également au Touquet, avec équipement sensiblement identique et place de parking. Nous n'avons pas osé protester si près de l'échéance, d'autant qu'elle ajoute qu'en gros elle fait ce qu'elle veut même avec les réservations Abritel. Nous comprenons donc que s'il n'y avait pas eu de logement de substitution, elle aurait pu annuler purement et simplement notre séjour. Globalement, l'équipement est effectivement identique et il y a une place de parking affectée. Toutefois, le gîte semble plus petit et moins moderne que sur les photos de celui que nous devions avoir. De plus, pas de terrasse/balcon contrairement au logement réservé initialement. Chambre pour enfant très petite (à ce sujet en immobilier une pièce est qualifiée de chambre à partir de 9 m², et je pense que nous n'y sommes pas.
