le logement correspond aux informations présentées sur le site la vue est magique le quartier très calme.Nous y avons passé 3 semaines supers .Patrice est sympatique surement réservé mais disponible..la cuisine nouvellement créée est parfaite bravo...par contre compte tenu du cout de la location il faudrait encore améliorer les prestations pour être au niveau de la catégorie (rafraichissement des peintures, de la salle de bain , de la propreté du logement...remplacement du frigo..) ...nous recommandons

Très bel emplacement dans pluie

Comme exprimé de vive voix à notre hôte: Super pour les chambres et la salle de bain , l’emplacement, la vue Mais nous avons eu la malchance d’avoir du vent et de la pluie sur 2 jours , météo qui nous restreint à l’intérieur du gîte car terrasse trempée Et la le manque de place à 5 , le mobilier lourd et encombrant nous a fait « camper dans le salon » Nous avons donc conseillé de prévoir des stores ou autres protections vent et pluies pour utiliser la terrasse même par mauvais temps Nous nous permettons d’ajouter le conseil d’un relooking de la cuisine (mobilier lourd à manipuler et de certains ustensiles) Le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé mais à cause surtout des frais importants d’Abritel Notre avis global est de 3,5 /5 Merci de l’accueil Yann

L'emplacement est très bien et au calme Hôtes discrets et disponibles pour faire en sorte que le séjour se passe bien La propriété subit la proximité de l'océan ce qui cause vieillissement prématuré du matériel Bémol pas mal de marches extérieures et intérieures (accès terrasses, chambres et sdb)

Endroit calme avec vue sur l'océan

Appartement bien agencé, bien décoré avec une belle terrasse . Cependant, des rénovations seraient nécessaires. Il faudrait rendre étanche le circuit électrique extérieur car en cas d'averse, il n'y a plus d'éclairage sur la terrasse. Les fenêtres à jalousies sont en mauvais état et laissent passer la pluie.Le four électrique est rouillé.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Patrice : le logement est très agréable : - bien équipé - bien ventilé - bien situé pour découvrir les différentes plages de la grande terre La vue est superbe et la mini piscine a permis aux enfants de se rafraichir et s'amuser sans risque de noyade !
