Bed linen, towels, tea towels and bath mats are provided and set-up.
We also provide a few rolls of toilet paper for arrival but not for the entire stay
Beach towels are not provided

Please note that the property is equipped with motion detectors that are used solely for security purposes outside of rental periods. During your stay, these detectors are completely deactivated and are not connected to any surveillance system. No images or sounds are recorded. Their presence is purely technical, as they cannot be removed without professional intervention.

## Neighborhood
Located about 1.5 km from Le Lavandou, the Saint-Clair district is home to the beach of the same name. Smaller than the Plage du Lavandou, very close, Saint-Clair offers a breathtaking view of the Golden Islands (Port Cros and Le Levant). It is more secret and its exposure allows you to enjoy the sun from dawn. Nicknamed "The Pearl", it offers a landscape worthy of tropical countries. Fine white sand, mountains surrounding it, this beach nestled at the foot of the pine forests has nothing to envy the postcards of certain distant countries.
Regularly cited as one of the most beautiful beaches in France, Saint-Clair also benefits from numerous shops (hotels, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) all accessible on foot.
