This superb two-storey apartment can accommodate up to 14 guests (8 adults) in a property where the charm of the past meets modern facilities. Six bedrooms, five bathrooms, and several relaxation areas make it the perfect place to create memories with family or friends.

From the moment you enter, soft tones, wood and natural light give the living area a calming ambiance. A fireplace separates the seating area and the fully equipped kitchen, which has a useful breakfast bar. The dining table is big enough for your whole group, while a games corner with a pool table and chess set is the perfect place to relax after your meal.

Three balconies on this level make the most of the ever-changing views as the light shifts throughout the day. One balcony is furnished with a dining table, barbecue, and comfortable chairs overlooking the mountains.

On the same floor there are three double bedrooms, and a room with a double bed which can be arranged as twin beds. This room also has a mezzanine area. Each room has its own shower room, some of them including WCs. All of the rooms have TVs, balcony access, and some also have desks.

Under the eaves, two additional bedrooms share an elegant shower room with a WC. One has a double bed and a desk, while the other offers three single beds, making it the perfect floor for a family.

La Grange Caravote also has a sauna and fitness area with an exercise bike, as well as a ski room and a laundry with washer and dryer.

The garage has an electric vehicle charging point and there are three additional parking spaces outside.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
