Tres tres chaud a l'arrivée (canicule), plus respirable après. Logement tres bien situé, des travaux ne serait pas du luxe, volets et surtout porte fenêtre tres difficile à fermer

Fournaise en pleine canicule pas de climatisation et impossible d' ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer car pas de moustiquaire. Litterie inconfortable, canapé taché. Logement qui pourrait etre bien si remise en état.
