Dans le Sud-ouest, au cœur d'une forêt de pins, situé à une vingtaine de minutes d'Agen et à mi distance entre Toulouse et Bordeaux, le Domaine du Lac de Goulens avec piscine commune et son chalet vous attend pour un séjour dépaysant, authentique et ressourçant.

Nous vous proposons un charmant chalet en bois de 20m², idéal pour des vacances en famille et pouvant accueillir idéalement 2 adultes et 3 enfant.

Sa terrasse avec salon de jardin et espace détente ainsi que les piscine communes et le lac à une centaine de mètres, vous enchanteront.
Si vous êtes à la recherche d'un endroit calme au milieu de la nature, ce chalet est l’endroit idéal pour vous détendre à la campagne dans un très beau domaine qui détient une trentaine de chalets. La propriétaire se fera une joie de vous accueillir dans ce petit coin de paradis unique dans le département du Lot-et-Garonne.


Il comprend un salon avec un canapé-lit (clic-clac) confortable pour deux adultes, une télévision (sans Wi-Fi) et une mezzanine basse avec trois lits simples. Attention, la mezzanine est très basse, plutôt adaptée pour les enfants que les adultes (voir photo).

- Animaux domestiques acceptés (petits chiens uniquement, moins de 10 kg, 1 maximum)

- Pas de WIFI, connexion 4G, possibilité de wifi sur demande uniquement

Sur place : Piscines communes (une petite et une grande) ouvertes de 10h à 20h en saison, non surveillée mais clôturée.

- L'électricité consommée en supplément (forfait de 8KWH par jour soit 56KWH par semaine) n'est pas comprise dans les tarifs et sera à régler sur place en supplément après relevé des compteurs (selon le montant du prix du KWH indiqué sur la facture).
- Une caution de 250€ sera à remettre au propriétaire à votre arrivée.
