The air conditioning was outstanding, felt a little unsafe due to frost door not latching without pushing pass warped door frame. It served its purpose but not what I expected.

Decent 2 bedroom town home

It was decent for size but right off we noticed the little private grass area hasn't been touched for a while (had a tree growing). Second was the temperature inside noticed it said 77 degrees but figure the AC just got turned down before we arrived. As we stayed the temp started rising. Inside temp averaging around 85 degrees the whole stay. Informed property owner he said a fix was coming was never fixed or grass mowed in the 5 days there. When we arrived we had to spray clean all counter cause they were oily. Was cheap but the AC was a big issue.

Updates

With our suggestions the place will be in good shape. The were broken and missing light bulbs, stool that always runs, patio door that wouldn't open, office chair missing support bolts, tub and sink stoppers were missing, the latch on the patio gate is not installed properly so it did not work. The building (D) we stayed in was not labeled street side and coming after 8 pm we didn't find our rental until the next day. The down spouts should be fastened to the building since they flap in the wind. Once we got in it was comfortable, except for the above mentioned items.

Clean, quiet but needs work

The property was clean and quiet but needed repair. It appeared there had been water damage on the second floor. The bottoms of the doors showed water damage. The family room needs more light. There was only a small desk lamp for the whole room.

Needs lots of update/work

It’s was very hard to find this location. Nothing said that you needed to go into the middle of the townhomes to find your unit. We got there late at night and when we got there and approached the door, there was a gap in between the door and the door frame so you could see inside the unit. Didn’t feel safe. Needs updated furniture flooring needs new carpet. The location was very close to Fort sill and that was. When I had questions, I did get replies back fairly quickly. But I would not stay there again And would not Recommend anyone stay in there as well until it gets updated.

Roomy Clean Comfortable

My son and I had a quick trip to Lawton for Fort Sill graduation. Our condo was just across the Expressway from Fort Sill. It was very clean and roomy. Has very nice kitchenette. Would stay here again.
