This home is also just 13 miles from Downtown Philly and big-city fun!!!!!!! #NOTE: The homeowner lives on-site, in the basement unit with a completely separate entrance, and may be present during your stay. There is a door in the dining area that leads to the basement however, this door remains locked during guest stays.****Your safety matters. This property features a Ring doorbell device with an exterior security camera facing the front outdoor entry. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. The camera actively records video when motion is detected by the device (including devices linked to the camera such as the alarm system’s motion detector) or when the video doorbell button is pressed

We arrived an hour after checkin and still did not have information to get into the house. I called and texted the property manager. I did not get a response. After about 10 minutes, she came on the ring doorbell and told me she couldn’t send me a text but gave me the passkey to get in. The house smelled like burnt popcorn.The top stair was loose making it a hassle when coming down. It was freezing on the bottom floor but hot as hates up stairs in the bedrooms. The bed in the master bedroom was broken and felt like it was going to fall down. My son ended up sleeping on the couch.
