New Luxury waterfront home in Lavallette Proper for family rentals only. Come enjoy pure tranquility looking out at the water in every room of this home. You will soak up the sun while relaxing on the expansive deck, which you can fish/crab/kayak right off the dock! The entire house was completely remodeled this year. All brand new furniture as well. Enjoy the spacious, open concept kitchen and living room with your guests! Our home is very centrally located--just a short walk away from many restaurants, park, playground, bay beach, ice cream parlor, coffee shop and boutique stores. Also, the beach is just a quick 5 minute walk. Sleeps 12!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Beautiful home in a 5 star location. Host was very responsive and offered pro-active information to make our stay comfortable. Perfect size for our party of 6. Expansive dining table and deck were favorites for hanging out and enjoying the view. Comfortable beds.

Absolutely beautiful!

From check in to check out this was a smooth and enjoyable process. The home was exactly as shown in the listing. The house was situated on the bay and it was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and would definitely recommend this home to anyone all ages. Perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. Couldn’t ask for a better weekend. We would definitely love to rent this home again in the future.
