Guests must be aware that you will see NO reception staff after 3pm or in the morning. There is no one available to provide advice, or an extra pillow etc. The man who ran the breakfast was very nice, though. Although the hotel is quaint, our room was in need of a refresh. The mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There was no coffee maker or kettle. For the price we had to pay we were very disappointed in our room. It was expensive and certainly not worth the money.
