Loved our stay here! Location is great, convenient to the station and Parc Montbenon. Plateforme 10 with its museums and street food festivals is literally just behind the building. Fabio was an amazing and responsive host!
Fiquei muito satisfeita com minha estadia neste apartamento em Lausanne. O espaço é amplo, confortável e oferece tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia tranquila. A localização é, sem dúvida, um dos seus pontos mais fortes: fica praticamente ao lado da estação, na mesma avenida, o que torna o deslocamento pela cidade extremamente prático. Também me senti muito segura durante toda a estadia — o prédio é discreto e conta com câmera na entrada, o que transmite ainda mais tranquilidade.
Apesar de todos esses pontos positivos, acredito que, pelo valor cobrado, o apartamento poderia receber um pouco mais de atenção em alguns detalhes, especialmente na pintura das paredes, que já demonstra sinais de desgaste e precisa ser renovada.
No geral, é uma excelente opção em Lausanne, com ótima localização, conforto e segurança. Com pequenos ajustes na manutenção, ficaria ainda melhor. Recomendo!

L'appartement est idéalement situé près de la gare (on n'entend pas les trains). L'hôte est très réactif et courtois pour les échanges. Mauvaise insonorisation avec l'appartement du dessous mais les voisins ne gênent pas pour dormir.
