The ambiance with the decor was lovely and simple but the furnishings were cheap and very uncomfortable. It was clear that the cleaning crew does the bare minimum and we found 3 huge cockroaches roaming about.

Adorable place to stay in a great spot…close to downtown but tucked away in a quiet location. Very well appointed, clean, comfy beds. Would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here again!

We loved this home beautiful great location. I walked all around Laurel .. the owner came by to bring ice . The owner so kind and a great guy . The Leontyne so pretty in Navy and Yellow . Can’t wait to return .

We enjoyed staying in this little cottage on our way home from Gulf Shores. If you are traveling through Laurel, this is a great place to stay. The host was informative and prompt with things to do in the area and directions for check-in. The property was clean and absolutely adorable. Everything was just as described. We will certainly consider this property on our next trip south!

A friend and I stayed for three nights while touring Laurel. Leontyne is a beautiful cottage and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was modern, clean, and well stocked. There was coffee provided which was a bonus. It was cool and quiet at night after our days of walking around Laurel. The cottage is convenient to all the places you’ll be visiting, and the host is helpful and available. I highly recommend this cottage.

The cottage was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels and other amenities. The host was always available to answer questions. Easy walking distance to the main area of Laurel. We would definitely stay again when we return to Laurel.

Property was nice. Will was very responsive. Upon arrival there were not enough towels but Will brought some quickly. There were however some unused or used(?) linens that were left unfolded and jammed in the closet.

Our first trip to Laurel

On our way to New Orleans and drove from Iowa. Had to stop and check out Laurel since watching the show from the beginning!!! Beautiful city and the VRBO was as cute as can be! Communication with the host was excellent!!

Cute Cottage

The cottage was decorated so cute and was convenient to the downtown area. Everything was clean and had all the conveniences of home. The cottage would have been perfect, but the neighborhood is a little questionable with some suspicious foot/bicycle traffic in the evening time. One evening we walked to dinner, but felt uncomfortable walking back, so we drove the rest of the time. I might been more comfortable with my husband, but this was a girls trip. I hope the neighborhood gets better as the owners have put a lot of effort into the cottages. We did feel safe inside the cottage, just not safe walking to and from downtown even though it is very close.
