Loved the uniqueness, quaint, historical and interesting. Close to lovely walks along the gorge. Unfortunately the room was not quiet enough as the noise of some compressor was on and off throughout the night in our room.

Our room was upgraded so had a wonderful spacious room. I liked the idea of a rustic old inn feel. On site pub and restaurant was convenient. Easy parking and access to the cataract gorge and riverside walkways were a bonus as it encouraged us to exercise everyday during our stay. CBD with restaurants and shops are within 20min walking distance and we walked to the growers market, gardens and the museum instead of driving. The Pantry and Lebanese Gourmet were a surprise finds. After driving for 9 days, it was a perfect break, perfect facility at a perfect location.

Our room was outside a compressor that ran all night, very noisy. The highway was outside the window and windows double glassed but could not be opened. The aircon was noisy and made banging noises all night so the room was very stuffy. Wifi didn’t work and pub below was noisy. Not value for money at $195 a night.

The property is a fantastic place to stay, walking distance to everything, the adventure park was great fun for big kids like me , The only thing was a humming noise from outside our room. I think it was the air conditioning and heating units. They gave us ear plugs but that was annoying

Room was very dark, ceiling very low. Adjoining room tried the door several times and their voices penetrated, Traffic noise was intrusive. Would stay again but not in the rooms facing the highway.

Beautiful old building. Comfortable bed. Shower hot and good pressure. Good WIFI. Good value for money. Steep stairs to carry bags to rooms when upstairs. Not good for older people. No lifts. Very noisy from music and also people speaking and making noise in other rooms. Having to check in and then drive further to accomodation.

We booked it and saw there was an adventure land behind the apartments, but, we were there Thursday to Saturday (Checking out early) but the adventure land only opens Sat-Sun
