Absolutely fabulous

Exceptional place to stay in Launceston. Beautiful room. Spacious, comfortable, and quiet. Amazing hosts. So helpful with great suggestions of things to see as well as restaurant recommendations. Fantastic breakfast. Will definitely return someday.

It was late check in on my way back from Cradle mountain, yet, the owner of the property was very friendly and helpful. Pulled out the map and showed me where I should go. Very kind lady and the property is definitely incredible with this boutique vibe and very nice view ! The 10 sec bathroom heat automatically turned off def feels like home cuz it saves energy and environment. Very good.

Location: Wonderful. The property is licated in a quiet residential area with beautiful jomes. Its a short down hill walk to the city centre. Easy parking and easy to drive to from outside the city. Property: Beautiful residence with character. Suite: Rooms are nice and spacious and clean. Very comfortable for any length of stay. There is an outside area for relaxing. Breakfast: Great and i would have again. Staff: The owners/operators made our stay very pleasant with good suggestions for things to do and where to eat. They are also very funny and entertaining which made the stay that much more enjoyable. I would stay here again.
