The property is over two stories with 3 bedrooms; two doubles and a room with a single and bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked with a few essentials provided. It's a lovely house at the top of a very steep hill - but 10 minutes walk down into the town centre so in a good location for getting to see Launceston. There is parking at the rear of the property and unlimited on street parking opposite the house.

Fantastic Family Federation
Fully renovated everything you could possibly need, so easy to live in with a short short stroll to the heart of Launceston. A perfect stay, hustle and bustle if you want, peace and tranquillity if you would prefer. Fabulous cafe on St Georges Square for an early coffee before heading to the vineyards or simply staying local.

Comfortable, clean and convenient
We booked this house at short notice when we unexpectedly needed an overnight in Launceston. It was very comfortable, super clean and very well located with an easy walk to the centre of town. Great views from the balcony across the city. Great attention has been paid to the decor and little extras that guests might need. We'd happily recommend this property.
